As of September 1, 2022, we have updated our privacy policy on these basic principles:

We do not sell data. We use data only to enhance our relationship with you and you are more than welcome to contact us for more information, ask us questions, provide any feedback, or make changes.

This Policy applies when you access our websites and mobile applications, shop with retailers that sell Grizzly Hills Supply Co.® products, contact us by phone, email, and chat or connect with us in any other manner, including our social media channels.

Why We Collect Your Information

We collect information to:

1. Process your order

2. Contact you about the status of your order

3. Send you tracking information for your packages

4. Reserve store inventory for you

5. Post your product review

6. Save your purchase history

7. Provide you with information about the products you've purchased (for example, in the case of a recall)

8. Manage your online account (such as saving your wish list)

9. Mail catalogs to you

10. Send you promotional emails or special offers

11. Provide you with the best possible customer service

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping
Due to logistical challenges and a global demand on tourniquets, shipping charges may apply to some orders. Some orders may qualify for free shipping (see below).

FREE SHIPPING QUALIFICATIONS:

Orders of $30.00 or more will be eligible for free shipping. We will charge a flat rate of $4.90 for standard shipping on any order $29.99 or lower. All orders will be shipped by the next eligible business day as long as you place an order before 23:59 CST Sunday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped on Mondays.

We use USPS as our primary carrier service. All orders under $500.00 will be automatically opted into First Class Priority delivery where the standard delivery range from the time of shipping is 3-4 business days.

Bulk orders valued over $500.00 will be opted into First Class delivery which will be a standard delivery time of 5-7 business days.


You will recieve a tracking number once we ship your order via email.

A signature will be required upon delivery on orders over $1000.00.

Returns

Return Policy
We stand behind our products. If you are dissatisfied with your Grizzly Hills purchase, we will accept a return for a refund or replacement within 30 days of your purchase date. 

Products must be in their original packaging and condition. If it is suspected that any contents had been used, Grizzly Hills Supply Co. reserves the right to deem a product not eligible for a full refund.


Follow these steps in to set up a return:

1. Contact Us by submitting a form. Include your order number in the comments.

2. We will respond to you by the next business day with a shipping label.

3. Upon receiving the label, print out the label and attach it to the merchandise that you would like to return.

4. Once we recieve the return, so long as you meet the above criteria, a refund will be initiated and delivered within 3 business days.

If you do not qualify for a full refund, you will instead be covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty (see below).

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We trust our products  because we personally use and test them. Grizzly Hills will cover all material or manufacturer defects for the product's practical lifetime. This does not include normal wear and tear, user modifications, misuse, or accidental damage.

If you have an item that requires a warranty, a claim can be submitted by contacting our customer experience team to set up the warranty claim.

In some cases, we require that the defective product be returned to us as part of the warranty process. Grizzly Hills Supply Co. reserves the right to determine the cause of damage, and the resolution of each warranty claim, as well as to request proof of purchase for any claim.


If we ask of the product to be sent back to us under a warranty, you will be required to pay for shipping and handling. Upon submitting a warranty claim, you will recieve a response from us with a “ship-to” address.
